• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Personalized/customized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return address to ship the product back.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products. You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
