Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Personalized/customized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process

- Once approved, you’ll receive a return address to ship the product back.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
- Clearance sale or discounted products.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products. You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
